I’m a freelance illustrator and interactive designer living and working near Pittsburgh, PA. I create bright, colorful characters and designs for all kinds of media outlets. Above all else, I want the things I make to educate and connect with kids. I believe that any learning experience can be made better if the right visual tools are used – and my mission is to create them.
When I’m not locked away in my studio, I usually run off to explore the woods and wildlife of Western PA. Mostly I like to scan streams and creeks looking for whatever crawlies are living under the rocks. Nature is one of my biggest inspirations, so most of these outings end up in my artwork in one way or another.
